When it arrives
Toys in stock leave the workshop within two working days, engraved toys within four. Delivery takes two to four working days across Europe.
What it costs
Delivery is free on orders over 60 euros and 5 euros below that.
Returns
Send back any unused toy within thirty days for a full refund. Engraved toys are made for you and cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty.
Something wrong?
If a toy arrives damaged, send us a photo and we make a new one at once.
